The usage of diesel mills, apart from important providers, can be banned beneath stage two of the Graded Response Motion Plan (GRAP)

which is a set of anti-air air pollution measures adopted within the capital and its neighborhood in keeping with the severity of the scenario.

GRAP is assessed beneath 4 phases of opposed air high quality in Delhi.

Stage one in a case of 'poor' air high quality (AQI 201-300);  stage two for 'very poor' air high quality (AQI 301-400);

stage three for 'extreme' air high quality (AQI 401-450);  stage 4 for 'extreme plus' (AQI >450).
